This simple dress is easy to sew and features a beautiful embroidered front yoke, worked in chain stitch, satin stitch and French knots. The front yoke is embroidered first, and then the dress is assembled. The dress has identical front and back yokes, simple flat sleeves with rick rack trim, and a gathered front and back skirt. The PDF pattern includes printable sized diagrams for each size of yoke and sleeve, stitch and layout diagrams, and full written instructions for the embroidery and dress construction. The embroidery level is easy, but there is a lot of stitching, so slow down and take your time!
